What is Pipa’s Athletes?

Pipa’s Athletes is an Athletic Adventure Traveling Portal.

We believe that the best way to see the word is when combining Athletics, Adventures, and Traveling. Add to it the spices of making friends and sharing the experience in small groups.

We wouldn’t describe PIPA as a company but a community of people who believe in the idea of Athletic Adventure Traveling.

What are Pipa’s Athletes Adventure Themes?

Pipa’s Athletes offer 2 Adventure Themes,

1- Racing Theme
To provide you with a richer racing competitive experience, Pipa partner with race organizers and local guides to allow a more convenient and rich social racing experience for the athletes. Pipa will offer the complete Itinerary with a guide, customized  from the moment you land until the departure  ( unless mentioned otherwise in the event page)

2- Social Adventure Theme
Not a big fan of competition but still have the Urge for Athletic, Adventure, Traveling and sharing it with small groups! No problem.

Then this is theme for you focused into organizing social athletic activity such as social trail runs or hiking trips.

This requires the host to organize the completes activity including the Athletic activity and will ensure maximum safety measures and organize the itinerary and transportation requirements. All information you need shall be detailed on the event page

Who runs the Adventure/Activity?

True specialists in your chosen activity.

In most of the cases we don’t run the trips ourselves, but work closely as a trusted booking agents for small, locally or independently owned hosts, guides and operators. These guys share your passion for particular activities, and know the locations they specialize in, inside out.

How to communicate with the host?

The most common communication channels are WhatsApp, text messaging and emails. Once you payment is successful, we will share with you the host contact details and your contact detail with the host.

Your host will clarify the main channel to be used in the adventure and will help you out if with alternatives if it doesn’t suit you.

Are all Trip Guaranteed to Departure?

Unless mentioned differently on the event page, trips require a minimum group size in order to proceed at the advertised price. This will be communicated on the trip details, and to you at the time of booking. Should that minimum group size not be reached at least 42 days before the scheduled departure date , the host may cancel the trip and we will contact you to discuss options.

You will also be notified once the trip is confirmed

We, or the host , may also occasionally have to make changes or cancel your booking for other reasons, and reserve the right to do so at any time.

In all circumstances we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. You will have the choice of either accepting an offer of alternative dates or arrangements of comparable standard from us if available (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value), or cancelling your Adventure and receiving a full refund of all monies paid.

What is the refund Policy?

Unless mentioned differently on the event page,in the event of a booking cancellation by the customer , the customer is eligible for a full refund if canceled 56 days prior adventure departure ( minus processing fees ) and no-refund if canceled from 56 days onward

What are the Accommodation Types and what to Expect ?

Accommodation types and options shall be defined by the host on the event page.

The Main expectation of the accommodation is tidy and good cleanliness and privacy options to be provided at the specified cost ( Example: single occupancy rooms ).

Camping may also be specified. The details of when need to be brought and what to expect shall be detailed on the event page.

Which flight should I take ?

Flights booking are not included in Pipa’s Athletes offering; yet, we may help you to find the best deal. To do so, please feel free to email us as [email protected]

Are airport transfers included in the trip price?

No,Generally airport transfers are not included in your trip price unless mentioned otherwise by the host or provided as an add-on for additional cost to your purchased package.

What are the Travel visa requirements?

Every country is different and this is mainly dependent on your nationality.

The traveler is solely responsible to check and issue the necessary documents required to visit the country.

You’re adventure booking may not be used as a supportive document in your visa applicaiton.

Where and when does the Adventure Finish? What if I abandon the trip ?

This information of where and when does the adventure finish can be found on the event page and more details could be provided by the host. This may change as the host sees suitable and will communicate it with you in a timely manner. For more detail about it you may contact the host directly.

Airport Transportation from finish point

Unless specified on the event page, airport transportation is not included in the event price.

What if I abandon the trip ?

It is possible for you to abandon the trip but at any point bu but it needs to be clearly communicated to the host. Neither Pipa’s Athletes or the host is responsible for your transportation or any other needs from that point onward; however, the host will provide you with the required information and guidance as needed.

When do I arrive at the Hotel/Assembly point?

What time can I check in at my arrival hotel or when to meet at the assembly point?

Check-in and assembly time can vary from hotel to hotel and region to region. Generally, they are between midday and 2pm. If you do arrive earlier, you’ll be able to store your luggage with the hotel and head out to explore for a couple of hours, or you may want to inform the host who will be glad to help out.

Initial meeting point and timing shall be posted on the Event page. If it doesn’t suit you you may contact the host for a different arrangement.

How do I report a complain/Issuses?
